Management support agreements are tailor made to the specific needs of the Operator. They can involve solely or partially dedicated MAN PowerManagement Team members supporting ownership from early mobilization activities such as staff recruitment and subcontract negotiations, to assistance during the operating period establishing maintenance management software solutions, developing operating and safety procedures, operations and maintenance scheduling, major overhauls, plant spares logistics, troubleshooting and continuous training.
